ORDERING INFORMATION:
All retail orders are shipped prepaid. We take MasterCard and Visa. Please note everything is made to order and standard delivery is approximately 2-4 weeks. Please feel free to email or phone us with your custom order.
Shipping: We charge standard UPS or Fed Ex rates as well as a 6% handling fee.
Returns: Returns accepted with prior approval by LBK studio. No refunds. We accept returns for credit within 15 days of shipping and only if the returned products are in saleable condition. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
